Accommodation and facilities:
Situated on water, very good meals, friendly staff, courtesy bus every half hour either way, excellent pool bordered on three sides with 4/5 story accommodation all with balconies. When booking in make sure your room/s are in the pool area. Rooms above reception and restaurant are very basic, musty and well used.
Reservation service:
Often use Sawadee.com, mostly depends on which booking service has the best prices.

Me and my husband had a wonderful stay here. We read some comments first about the hotel and we felt little insecure to come here. But it was our best choice. The pool waz great and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. We also had free transport to patong that goes every 30 minutes. The breakfast was simple and normal and taste ok. But we really had a great time here. And we would recommend it to everyone and we will come again.

The best thin about this hotel is the pool area. Superb!! Good clean hotel well located away from the hustle and bustle of hotel. Hotel shuttle every half hour. But the driver Mr Smiley is not the most reliable to leave on time or every half hour. Not guest friendly. The charge is 500 baht. I

4th stay at this resort, great location. Hotel needs some upgrades, getting tired. Mould a problem in thailand and needs addressing also when wet tiles are slippery, they need an anti slip surface.Breakfast needs to be more varied. Some staff need to have a talking to about being cheerful. Need bins around the pool area so clients can help out with disposing of rubbish ( a problem widely spread throughout Thailand!!) FREE WIFI without fighting for it. Over all great value..

would recommend this Resort we have stayed there for two holidays.Very quiet location service and food excellent. the Resort runs a shuttle service into the main shopping area

The Hotel does not understand what the meaning of hygiene is and the health consequences to those who live in countries that do.From the rooms to the pool water to the breakfast all those areas are a risk to travelers.Never again at Sunset Beach resort.
